How can we help?

  1. Click on the ‘Launch Severus’. You can find this button at the far top left of the navigation bar or on the home page www.severus.finance.
  2. Fill up the signup form and populate all fields with the correct information.
  3. Enter a strong password that you can easily remember.
  4. Read our terms and conditions and click on the checkbox to confirm you have read and understood them.
  5. Click on Register an email will be sent to you for verification.
  6. Now login to your email account and click on the activation link sent to you from FoxWallet.
  7. Set up your two-factor authentication.
  8. Login to your Severus account using your email and password.

  1. Two-factor authentication is a method to provide extra security for your account. Instead of having just a password to protect your account, Severus requires that you set up two-factor authentication before you start using your account.

    Two-factor authentication will prevent anyone without the code that is sent every time someone tries to log in to your account. The two-factor authentication validates that you are the owner of the account through a code that will be sent to your phone via the Google Authenticator app.

    To set up two-factor authentication follow the steps below:

    • After a confirmation email has been sent to your email at signup, click on the confirmation link sent to your email and you will be taken to a page for setting up your two-factor authentication.
    • Open the Google Authenticator app on your mobile phone and click on the plus sign to scan the QR code displayed on the Severus two-factor authentication screen. If you do not have the Google Authenticator app on your phone you can go to the AppStore or Google Play Store and download it.
    • Once the code is successfully scanned, click on proceed to login.

You can prchase cryptocurrencies using debit or credit card on Fox Wallet. To do this follow the following steps:

  1. Select the Vault that you want to deposit your cryptocurrency in.
  2. While in the vault, select the coin you would like to buy.
  3. Click on the third icon from your left to fund your account.
  4. On the pop-up window enter the amount you would like to use to buy cryptocurrency. You will be shown how much of the cryptocurrency will you get from your amount. You can also choose a different fiat currency to buy from.
  5. Follow the steps to complet your purchase.
  6. Your cryptocurrencies will reflect in your wallet after a successful purchase.

Vaults are containers of different wallets grouped together. This will enable you to have multiple wallets of the same cryptocurrencies. In each vault, you can add as many different wallets as you want.

We wanted to give you the ability to have multiple wallets. We know you have goals, so why not create a vault for each goal? You can create a vault for the new house you’re saving up for or create a vault for the Lamborghini you’ll get once Bitcoin moons. Segment your portfolio easily by creating vaults.

To create a vault follow the steps below:

  1. While logged in to your Severus account, click on ‘Add Vault’
  2. Give your vault a name and click on create.
  3. You can click on your vault and add wallets or create another vault.

To create a wallet follow the steps below:

  1. While logged in to your Severus account, click on a vault that you want to add a wallet to.
  2. Click on ‘Add Currency’ and choose the cryptocurrencies you would like to add to the current vault.
  3. You can click on your vault and add wallets or create another vault.
  1. Select the Vault that you want to deposit your cryptocurrency in.
  2. While in the vault, select the coin you would like to buy.
  3. You can purchase cryptocurrencies using a debit or credit card on Severus. To do this, please follow these steps:

Withdrawing cryptocurrency is as easy as depositing some. Follow the steps below to withdraw cryptocurrency.

  1. Select the vault in which you want to deposit your cryptocurrency.
  2. While in the vault, select the cryptocurrency you want to deposit.
  3. On the “to” field, enter the wallet address you would like to send cryptocurrency to.
  4. Enter the amount you would like to send.
  5. Click on initiate withdrawal.
  6. A code will be sent to your email address for security reasons. Enter the code as well as the one from your Google Authenticator app.
  7. Confirm your login password and complete your transaction.

To deposit cryptocurrencies follow the steps below:

  1. Select the vault you want to deposit your cryptocurrencies in.
  2. If you have not added a currency yet, you can go ahead and add a currency you want to deposit into the vault by clicking on add currency.
  3. Click on the currency you would like to deposit and icons will be shown.
  4. Click on the second icon from the left to receive coins and a popup will be displayed.
  5. Copy or scan your wallet address. You can send the address to anyone who wants to send you some coins or you can insert it as a receiving address. You will be able to receive coins sent to this address.
